Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus involves the direct supervision of all onsite personnel including general laborers and specialized subcontractors. You will be responsible for scheduling work shifts and ensuring that materials are delivered and staged correctly to avoid any downtime. Each day begins with conducting safety briefings and inspecting the site to verify that all work meets local building codes and client specifications. You will also maintain detailed daily logs of progress, manpower, and any incidents that occur, while acting as the main point of contact for the project manager to report on budget and schedule milestones.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. A deep understanding of structural blueprints and building codes is essential for this position. You must hold a valid OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification and demonstrate a history of maintaining zero-incident work sites. Strong organizational skills are required to manage competing priorities, along with the ability to use mobile project management software for real-time reporting. Physical agility and the willingness to work in outdoor environments across varying weather conditions are mandatory.
