Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining project scopes and creating detailed work plans that outline the necessary resources and timelines. Your daily tasks include monitoring project progress, managing risks, and communicating status updates to executive leadership. You will also facilitate regular team meetings to resolve blockers and ensure that all deliverables meet our internal quality standards. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships and external contracts to ensure all third-party contributions stay on track.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least four years of experience managing professional projects. We require professional certification such as a PMP or Scrum Master designation. You should possess exceptional communication skills and have a proven track record of using data to drive project decisions. Experience with enterprise-level planning tools and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities at once is essential for success in this role.
